This is the day that “Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins” starring Martin Lawrence will be released. This comedy will feature Lawrence’s comedy stylings and will feature many top King’s of Comedy stars like Cedric the Entertainer and Mo’Nique, as well as other top stars like Mike Epps, Margarent Avery and the legendary James Earl Jones.
The premise of this comedy is that Roscoe Jenkins, played by Martin Lawrence, has left his hometown in Georgia and made a big name for himself in Los Angeles as a lively talk show host. However, when his parents ask him to come home for their 50th wedding anniversary he finds it hard to keep up his LA image. This movie promises laughs and humor similar to that found in the Big Momma’s House series.
This film is currently rated as PG-13 for language and crude humor, so it is not recommended for very young children. However, tweens and teens will probably enjoy the jokes and situations that ensure.
