The last two posts made here were about comedies that are going to be released in February of 2008, Jack Black’s “Be Kind, Rewind” and Will Ferrell’s “Semi Pro.” While these movies may not be “family films” don’t worry. There is at least one February 2008 release that will be appropriate for younger kids. If your kids are into Hannah Montana, then you will want to make sure you make it to the theaters the weekend starting on February 14, 2008. This is when “Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds” will be released.
”Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds” is a film that follows the Hannah Montana tour that was sold out. You will get on stage musical numbers, back stage access and candid interviews with Miley Cyrus, her dad Billy Rae Cyrus and other cast and crew members linked to this talented young musical artist.
While many of the films being released in February of 2008, the Hannah Montana film is rated G and it will be released by Disney. Being that this is a Disney production you will most likely be able to catch a sneak peak of the film, the making of the film and exclusive interviews with the cast and crew on the Disney Channel. Also look for merchandise like CDs, dolls and fashion in stores related to the release of this theatrical documentary.
Hannah Montana has a huge fan base. If your child is into this star consider giving him or her one of the available Hannah Montana movie posters, a musical movie poster or a family film poster as a Valentine’s gift this year.
