Last week I discussed how you can build a cartoon themed gift basket for children, teenagers and adults. This week I would like to look back at the movies that were released this year and at the movies that will be released in December. All of these movies have great movie posters that you can use to add to your current collection or to give away as unique gifts.
This was definitely the year of the sequels. Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End were both great films that furthered these beloved storylines. However, while a lot of the films released this year seemed to be add-ons, there were also a few novel movies like the Transformers and the Simpson’s Movie that gave us new reasons to go to the movie theater.
While most of the 735 new movie releases have already come and gone, December is going to be a great month for new movie releases. Some of the movies I hope to see in the theater include: Sweeney Todd, National Treasure: Book of Secrets, I Am Legend and Alvin and the Chipmunks. Other December films include: Dead Air, Juno, the Golden Compass, Timber Falls and the Perfect Holiday.
While enjoying your holiday movie releases don’t forget to look at the drama movie posters and action adventure movie posters. Appreciate their artistry and consider using newly released movie posters to add character to your home’s décor. Next week we will be looking ahead to 2008 to see what movie releases we can anticipate.
