This week is a great week for newly released movie posters. No matter if you are into Marvel Comics or romantic comedies, there is something for you.
The first release that you can see this weekend is Iron Man. This film has one of the best action adventure movie posters of the season. Paramount Pictures released this 2 hour and 6 minute film based on the Marvel Comic character Iron Man. It stars Robert Downey, Jr., Jeff Bridges and Gwenyth Paltrow. It is rated PG-13 for sci-fi violence and action, intense sequences and for brief suggestive content, which means a few sexual innuendos. Great film for teens and comic lovers.
As we move on to the next now playing movie posters we run into this week’s romantic comedy Made of Honor. This movie follows a popular storyline of the guy who has a female best friend who doesn’t realize he’s in love with until she is engaged to another. The twist offered by this film, is that he is her male maid of honor. This film stars Patrick Dempsey, Kevin McKidd, Sydney Pollack, Michelle Monaghan and Kathleen Quinlan. It is being released by Sony Pictures and is rated PG-13.
If you are looking for a little fight action this weekend then consider the film Redbelt. This film is based on a story about a Jiu-Jitsu teacher who has to enter the ring for the first time in order to earn money to pay off his debts and save his business and family. It is a drama/action flick that has a running time of 1 hour and 39 minutes. It stars: Chiwetel Ejiofor, Tim Allen, Rodrigo Santoro, Randy Couture, Alice Braga, Emily Mortimer and Rebecca Pidgeon. It is being released by Sony Pictures and is rated R for language.
