Public Enemies is a film that is all about the life and death of John Dillinger, one of the Midwest’s most notorious Depression era criminals. This man had an 18 month criminal run that ended in the killing of numerous people and the taking of hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash. However, despite the turmoil and death that was created by this man he was idolized by the local populous who saw him as a modern day Robin Hood. Although he was far from a servant of public welfare.
Public Enemies is a brilliant film that utilizes the latest in technology to create a memorable moving work of art. It was shot with high definition digital cameras and shot and edited in a manner that gives it a unique look. This film will undoubtedly be used as a work of study in film schools around the world.

The cast includes Johnny Depp, who portrays the notorious John Dillinger, Christian Bale, who plays FBI agent named Melvin Purvis, Billy Crudup, who plays J. Edgar Hoover and Marion Cotillard who plays the Depp’s love interest Billie Frechette.
